2020 Delegates Meeting Registration Packets

Die Gemütlichen Schuhplattler, our Delegates Meeting host, recently sent out the registration packets via email to all Vereine.  The packets include forms that need to be returned to the host by March 27 (transportation, credentials, flower order form). The cover letter reads:

Griass di Gott! Lieber Trachtler,

Attached you will find all the documents necessary to attend the Delegates Meeting in Anaheim, California. The entire event is $125. It includes Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday box lunch to-go. Soda, water, ice tea, and beer are included on Saturday and Sunday. Extra perks include free wi-fi in the Bierstuba and transportation between hotel and venue. A special Marketplace will be open from 8 pm to 9 pm at the Welcome Reception on Friday night. Crafty Trachtler from throughout the Gauverband will be selling their wares. The Welcome Reception begins at 7 pm on Friday. Musicians are welcome to bring their instruments! During your stay we encourage you to enjoy the Southern California sights; you can find suggestions on our website and Facebook page. We are so excited to see you in April!
