2024 Delegates Meeting Timeline

To prepare for the May 2024 Delegates Meeting, please note the following requests and the timeline for submission below. 

Gaufest Bid 

    Send me your proposed Gaufest Bids by January 31, 2024.   

    The Requirements when Hosting a Gaufest handbook is on the Gauverband’s website http://www.gauverband.com under Publications. 

 Bylaw Changes 

    Send me your proposed Bylaw changes by January 31, 2024. 

Non-Bylaw Proposals 

    Send me your non-Bylaw proposals and/or agenda items by March 1, 2024.

Delegates Meeting Bid 

    If you desire to host a Delegates Meeting, send me your bid by January 31, 2024.

Gauverband Judge Application 

    To make a nomination for Gauverband Judge, use the attached form. 

Gauausschuss Officer Nomination Form 

    If you desire to run for a Gauausschuss Officer position, below you will find the link to submit the Nominations Form.  Based on the feedback of previous elections we have transitioned the Nominations process to an electronic form that is simple and easy to use!  If you should have any questions about the form or the process, please contact the committee at nominations@gauverband.com

    The form should be submitted by March 1, 2024, so it may be included in the packet distributed to all prior to the meeting. 

The Delegates Meeting agenda and schedule will be emailed to you and posted on the Gauverband’s website by the end of March 2024.
