2022 Delegates Meeting: Will be Held Virtually

UPDATE WEEK OF APRIL 25:  Zoom meeting invitations for Friday, Saturday, Sunday meetings were sent this week.  Check your junk/spam folders if you don't have them in your inbox. If they're not there, notify Bob Hugel ASAP -- DON"T WAIT TIL THE MEETING!

UPDATE ON MARCH 17:  THIS LINK takes you to the Schedule and the Proposals that will be discussed at the Administrative Session and the Vorplattlers Session of the Delegates Meeting. The information at the link can be viewed online or downloaded. You do NOT have to "sign in" to access the documents.

POST FROM January 28:

Gauschriftführer Walter Kraft sent an email on Jan. 20 to all Vereine regarding the 2022 Delegates Meeting. (Note: this post is pinned to the top of the page)

The next Delegates’ Meeting will take place from April 29 – May 1, 2022 and will be done virtually.  The Executive Board voted and decided the next Executive Board and Delegates’ Meetings will be virtual meetings based on concerns about the COVID virus and for Vereine to travel to and from the East Coast within a few months between a Delegates’ Meeting in Delaware and a Gaufest in New Jersey. All times in the email are in Eastern Time!

• Bids to host a Delegates Meeting (Jan. 30)

THE FINAL AGENDA & SCHEDULE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU & POSTED ON THE WEBSITE BY THE END OF MARCH 2022.
