2019 Gaufest: Hotel Reservation Line OPEN

Click on https://book.passkey.com/go/GAUFEST2019 to go to the registration site.  The hotel reservation line for the Hilton Hotel opens at 12:01 am on August 1, 2018.  Host Verein Alt-Washingtonia has detailed instructions on reserving your room at THIS LINK.  If you're going to make your reservations online, you'll need to keep an eye on Alt-Washingtonia's website (www.DCGaufest2019.com) or Facebook page for the live link to the hotel's website. It will be posted on August 1. You can also call in your reservation starting August 1.  Note: The limits on how many rooms can be reserved at a time and the non-refundable one-night deposit are aimed at making sure that rooms reserved will be used.  The Gauverband Meetings Committee and our host Verein thank you for your cooperation to ensure that everyone coming to the Gaufest will be able to have a room at the Hilton.
