2022 Gaufest Hotel Reservations Open

Here's a message from our 2022 Gaufest Host, Edelweiss Passaic:

Gaufest hotel room reservations now open on Saturday August 14, 2021!

• To make your Gaufest room reservations you must use the Gaufest Dedicated Group Code/Link to get the discounted group rate. 
• Gaufest dedicated room reservation web link https://book.passkey.com/go/SH07GF2 or you can call 888-516-2215 (8am-2am EST, 7 days a week) and use Group Name: Gaufest 2022 and Group Code: SH07GF2.

Do NOT contact Harrah’s directly or use the general Caesars website, as you will not be able to access the promotional rates. Please share this information with your members. Provide the name of your Verein in the box labeled “Organization”. Gaufest room rates are highly discounted and are per guestroom, per night, for single, double, triple or quad occupancy at $130.00 Sunday through Thursday and $180.00 on Friday and Saturday. Discount programs do not apply to the special Gaufest rate. Extended Stay Gaufest rates apply from Saturday July 2, 2022 through Friday July 15, 2022. Note this includes the July 4th weekend.

All Gaufest hotel rooms are in the Harrah’s Waterfront and Bayview Towers close to the Waterfront Conference Center where all of the Gaufest events will be held. All rooms are large premium luxury rooms with a refrigerator and are the same size (504 square feet). You are encouraged to book your room early to ensure the group rate as this is a summer resort and rooms tend to get booked quickly for summer. Refer to the attached for additional information. Reservations require a credit card guarantee, however your credit card is NOT charged. You can cancel reservations up to 48 hours in advance. We recognize the ever changing Covid impact and hope and pray that things will be stable in the spring. Visit the Gaufest_website and Gaufest_Facebook page for the latest updates on the Gaufest.
