2018 Gau-NA Delegates Meeting: PROPOSAL DEADLINES

As a reminder, the next Delegates’ Meeting will be hosted by the Heimat Tänzer of Omaha, Nebraska and will take place from April 28 – 29, 2018. To prepare for this meeting, please:

1. send me your proposed Gaufest Bids by January 28, 2018. The Requirements when Hosting a Gaufest Handbook is on the Gauverband’s website under Publications;

2. send me your proposed By-Law changes by January 28, 2018;

3. send me your non-By-Law proposals and/or agenda items by February 28, 2018; and

4. if you desire to host a Delegates’ Meeting, send me your bid by January 28, 2018. The Requirements when Hosting a Delegates’ Meeting Handbook is on the Gauverband’s website under Publications.

I will email you and post on the Gauverband’s website the Delegates’ Meeting schedule and agenda items near the end of March 2018. Please use the form on the back of this letter to send me your nominations for Gauverband Judges. Best Wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
